We all are familiar with the lakme matte melt collection of lip colours and we quite liked this range except for its price. It was for 750 bucks earlier but now the price has been slashed down to 399.Also they have added new shades to this range. I picked an everyday nude pink lip color i. e. Pink Silk from the new shades launched. It's a very beautiful subtle rosy pink, great for every day wear. It comes in the category of nudes. I loved this colour but the formula is not a long lasting one. The matte finish looks great but the staying power is not so good. If oily food is taken, it will surely fade off. Also after a few hours it starts to emphasize the fine lines on the lips and they look dry.

From the price point of view it is a good purchase, nice matte lip color but is not the best amongst the available options of matte lipsticks in the market.
Do I recommend?
Yes I do. It is a great every day color and quite reasonable price.
